Virtual Schedule Dashboard

This project is a redesign of a major T-Pro product called Clinic Manager.

As an experienced UI/UX designer, I spearheaded the transformation of a cumbersome table-based design into a streamlined and intuitive dashboard tailored for online doctor appointments. Recognizing the importance of user-centric design in the healthcare domain, I meticulously crafted enhancements to elevate the overall user experience, fostering efficiency and satisfaction for both patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Improvements:

  • Intuitive Navigation: Reimagining the navigation flow, I implemented a hierarchical structure that enables users to seamlessly navigate through the dashboard. Through intuitive iconography and clear labeling, users can effortlessly access key features and information.
  • Visual Clarity and Hierarchy: Understanding the significance of information hierarchy, I introduced visual cues such as color coding, typography variations, and subtle animations to guide users’ attention. By prioritizing essential data and actions, users can quickly grasp critical information without feeling overwhelmed.
  • Interactive Data Visualization: Leveraging the power of data visualization, I transformed complex datasets into interactive charts, graphs, and diagrams. Through dynamic filtering and real-time updates, users can gain valuable insights at a glance, facilitating informed decision-making for both patients and healthcare providers.
  • Personalized User Profiles: Recognizing the need for personalization in healthcare services, I implemented customizable user profiles that adapt to individual preferences and requirements. From appointment history and medication reminders to personalized recommendations, users can tailor their dashboard experience to suit their unique needs.
  • Seamless Appointment Management: Redefining the appointment management process, I introduced intuitive scheduling tools and notification systems to streamline the booking process. Through calendar integration and automated reminders, users can effortlessly schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments with minimal friction.
  • Accessible Design Principles: Embracing inclusive design principles, I ensured that the dashboard is accessible to users of all abilities. By adhering to WCAG guidelines and conducting thorough usability testing, I optimized the dashboard for screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies, ensuring equitable access for all users.
