The lack of identity for T-Pro products was a major challenge. Each project had a different interface, created by third-party companies, and did not follow a visually aligned brand standard.

I’ve created a Design System for the dashboards, defining our identity across all products. I adopted Google Material (https://m3.material.io/) as a start and developed the rest of the elements from it

In addition to visual and usability improvements, all developed components were reused in other products, creating a standard and maintaining consistency across the entire ecosystem.

In this way, a design and frontend team could provide the entire interface, while product teams could focus on backend improvements and bug fixes.
